With 30 years of experience and a combined 100 years of team expertise, we have the knowledge, skills, and equipment to manage projects onshore or offshore.

We have completed over 500 inductions across oil rigs, ships, cargo vessels, ports, tugboats, commercial fishing vessels, and for leading petroleum, oil, food, logistics, chain store, and engineering companies in South Africa.

Our project management team ensures all work is delivered professionally and promptly. Additional tasks are seamlessly handled through collaboration between Operations Managers and Project Managers. A nationwide supplier network operating 24/7 guarantees industrial materials and consumables are always available, while our rotational teams and clear handovers maintain uninterrupted business operations.

Drainmen Services employs qualified personnel and experienced full-time coded welders for all steelwork, including mild steel, aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized steel, cast iron, zinc, brass, and copper brazing. Welding capabilities include:

• SMAW (Stick Welding): Electrode melts to protect weld from contamination

• GTAW (TIG Welding): Non-consumable tungsten electrode, shielded by inert gas

• GMAW (MIG Welding): Wire-fed electrode with argon/CO₂ shielding

• FCAW (Flux-Cored Welding): Tubular flux wire, with or without shielding gas

• ESW (Electroslag Welding): Single-pass, high-productivity welding for thick materials (25–300 mm)
